Therapy for Elbow or Shoulder Conditions

The Hand Therapy Center also offers elbow and shoulder therapeutic treatment programs for patients at our facility. This includes patients who are pursuing a non-surgical plan of care as well as those who have undergone surgery.

What is Physical Therapy for the Shoulder and Elbow?

The Hand Therapy Center relies on Certified Hand Therapists who are highly trained and credentialed in the treatment of upper extremity, including hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. CHTs specialize in non-surgical interventions, preventative treatments, as well as pre- and post-surgical care. After one of our highly trained physicians performs an evaluation of your condition, they prescribe the best treatment plan for you. Patients needing therapy are automatically enrolled at the Hand Therapy Center and can begin therapy as early as days after their initial appointment. Our CHTs then work closely with our physicians to ensure that our patients receive a consistent, seamless plan of care that optimizes recovery.
